First visit

A proper consultation and examination will provide you with the best treatment in the safest manner specifically tailored to you and your health care needs. Most chiropractic treatments can be performed the same day as the initial visit. Your first visit will consist of the following:

  • Consultation

  • Examination

  • Explanation of diagnosis

  • Treatment options

Items to bring with you

  • Bring a picture ID - Driver’s license, State or School ID card.

  • If you have medical insurance, please bring your insurance card and our office staff can help you determine your chiropractic coverage eligibility.

  • A list of your current medications, any drug allergies and medical conditions.

  • Any previous x-rays or diagnostic imaging studies if applicable.

IMPORTANT: All patients under the age of 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all office visits.
